How does a virtual office operate ?

YourUKpa operates from a dedicated office based in the North West of the UK, providing a tailored business support service to your business activities across the whole of the UK.  Using the most up to date office technology, YourUKpa is a professional business support assistant providing the same high levels of service as an in-house PA.

But can you work alongside me at my UK location, as well as from the virtual office ?

YourUKpa is able to attend meetings, seminars, exhibitions, client representation at locations across the UK.

Can you organise an event for me ?

YourUKpa has extensive experience in organising exhibitions, conferences and training days, client reward and social events.  Details of previous events supplied upon request.

What about confidentiality and security of my information ?

A confidentiality agreement is signed at the commencement of each project.   Client information will only be used for the purposes instructed by the client and never disclosed to a third party.

Original material supplied by the client will be returned on completion of the assignment.

YourUKpa will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of client data, including daily back-up and storage in secure safe.

What happens if there is an overlap in meeting deadlines with your other clients ?

YourUKpa  is a member of a Virtual Assistant community, and therefore able to draw upon support from like-minded professional VA’s, who are known and respected for their contribution to the VA industry.
